Ensure the tightness of the connection between the filter and the suction hose, and ensure that there is no air leakage between the turbocharger compressor outlet and the cylinder head.
2. Control cooling system temperature
Note that the working temperature of the diesel engine will corrode and wear the cylinder liner. The working temperature of the diesel engine depends on the temperature of the cooling system. Some experimental data show that when the temperature of the coolant is 40-50 degrees, the wear degree of the cylinder liner will far exceed the normal wear, mainly from corrosion wear. However, the temperature of the cooling system should not be too high, preferably not more than 90 degrees.
3. Select appropriate diesel engine oil
Select the appropriate oil. All parts and components in the engine can not be separated from oil. Its lubricating performance can effectively reduce the wear between precision parts. Therefore, the most appropriate oil should also be selected according to the different conditions of the engine.
4. Avoid wet cylinder liner cavitation and perforation
The outer surface of the outer diameter of the wet cylinder liner is partially in contact with the engine coolant. When the engine is working, the cylinder liner will have many states. In addition to reciprocating linear movement in the cylinder, the piston will also swing left and right, causing serious vibration of the cylinder liner.
5. Use of cylinder liners, connecting rods and crankshafts
First of all, pay attention to check to ensure the cleanness of cylinder liner and engine body, and whether the clearance of all parts is normal. The weight of each piston and connecting rod of the same diesel engine should be as consistent as possible. At the same time, ensure the tightening torque value of various bolts and nuts.
