How to install the trunnion seat?
1. First, completely clean the car bottom with a high-pressure water gun.
2. The truck steel plate with a thickness of 3-6mm can be directly installed by self tapping (also known as dovetail). If the steel plate is too thick, the penetration method can be used, that is, drill through the steel plate and use countersunk bolts to fasten the car phase sliding plate.
3. Bolt density: the bolts around and at the butt joints of the carriage sliding plate shall be densified accordingly, and the bolt density of the middle part of the carriage sliding plate can be appropriately reduced.
